It is not always possible to gain access to those highly recommended healthy foods. However it is possible to make small adjustments which can make the world of difference. Therefore, it is important to come to the realisation that making small adjustments or food substitutes can make the healthy eating process easier. This week take a look in your pantry and leave a comment about the food substitutes you could possibly make with what you currently have in your home. If you are unsure, state within your comment and create a list and ask your peers for suggestions on how you might make substitutions with what you currently have.
